    Mike Wolf

Built by a musician for musicians.

My mission is to make pickups that bring out the best in your guitar and the best in your playing.

As a musician most of my life, with over 30 years experience playing live music, I have lots of hands-on and ears-on experience with things I like and things I wish were different with various pickup types.

My personal goal is not to chase the “vintage correct” market, but to make quality pickups that serve needs and solve problems even if it means doing something outside the box.

Playing is many times impacted by the playing experience and pickups are critical as the first piece of the signal chain.

I hope these pickups will inspire you and, together, we’ll create new masterpieces.

Welcome to Bloom Records—a garden for music, memory, and meaning.

    We’re not just a label. We’re a feeling.

We’re artist-led and rooted in community, tucked inside Vault Studios in Albuquerque. We offer a safe space to create, record, collaborate, and grow—without rushing the process. We believe your sound is sacred, and your story deserves to be told in full color, not just highlight clips.

    Here, time moves differently.
    Here, music is still magic.
And here, you’re welcome exactly as you are—messy voice memos, half-written verses, and all.

    With love and reverb,

  • Space Llama Pickups

    Marcos

    Flagstaff, Arizona

I take pride in building small batch, high-quality, hand-wound and hand- assembled guitar pickups.

Every choice in the process, from the high quality materials chosen to the building process itself, is very intentional. I even use the Geo Stevens vintage guitar pickup winder. Geo Stevens made the winders that Gibson used in the golden era of guitar pickups.

I love the process of building pickups and give all of my love and attention to every single pickup I make.

Take a look at the selection of handmade pickups to see how I can upgrade your guitar tone.
